Visit Our CenterThe Navajo Pain & Wellness Center is a registered non-profit organization grounded in the heart of Tuba City, Arizona. We were built on a foundation of compassionate, frontline service to provide an accessible, inclusive, grassroots alternative to conventional healthcare. Across the expanse of the Navajo Nation, geographic distance, economic hardships, and systemic barriers often leave families carrying heavy burdens alone. Our sanctuary exists to alleviate physical suffering, lessen mental health struggles, and lift the heavy weight of isolation through direct, restorative care.
Our modalities treat all forms of chronic and acute pain, giving individuals and families compassionate support as they navigate severe diagnoses—including cancer, stroke recovery, debilitating arthritis, and Alzheimer's disease. We also provide dedicated care for those managing high anxiety, asthma, cardiac distress, and trauma. Whether you seek relief from daily physical stiffness or deep emotional exhaustion, our center welcomes everyone with warmth, respect, and unconditional care.

The foundations of our center began in 2016 when founder Mujin Choi answered an urgent call to serve at Standing Rock, providing full-time healing to individuals facing severe physical injuries and emotional distress. This experience forged a lasting bond with Native American communities and inspired a vision for direct, mobile healthcare.
By early 2025, operating out of an RV, Mujin traveled endlessly across Kayenta, Page, Chinle, Piñon, Dilkon, and Gallup. Operating out of a small ice-fishing tent with a portable heater during sub-zero winter temperatures, he provided non-stop, donation-based care to thousands in need.
The profound demand made it clear: our community needed a permanent sanctuary. In 2026, with the official blessing of local leadership who recognized Mujin as a medicine man and healer on this sacred land, we opened our permanent doors in the Tuba City Shopping Center.
We envision a world where comprehensive wellness and mental health care are treated as fundamental human rights—completely detached from an individual's background, financial standing, or ability to pay. As we grow our roots in Tuba City, we are actively expanding our holistic mental health and physical support services across the Navajo Nation:

Every session is customized to your unique needs, combining ancient wisdom and energetic modalities in a tranquil space.
Restoring bio-energetic balance to accelerate natural bodily recovery, release deep somatic tension, and soothe acute distress. This hands-on modality channels focused energetic pathways to stimulate cellular repair, alleviate nerve pain, and promote systemic vitality.
Acoustic resonance therapy designed to harmonize brainwave activity, quiet overactive neural patterns, and lower systemic stress. Harmonic vibrations penetrate deep tissue to release stress, relieve panic symptoms, and restore emotional equilibrium.
Gentle meridian pressure point work engineered to unlock trapped physical tension, enhance lymphatic circulation, and ease joint pain without needles or prescription medication side-effects. Safe, effective, and grounding for all ages.

Our movement programs go far beyond physical fitness—they are built on clinical and therapeutic principles specifically curated to help participants process emotional trauma and manage stress:
